Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and SIP69 ("Platform", "we", "company"). These Terms govern your use of the sip69.vin website, mobile app, and all services provided by sip69.

• Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from bonus credits.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, 20x means a RM 100 bonus requires RM 2,000 in wagering.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, account, or shared IP address.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed on the grounds that a player is dissatisfied with the result.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, sip69 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player.
• Wins generated from system vulnerabilities, software bugs, or technical errors are invalid and may be voided by sip69.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any external tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

• Self-exclusion requests or requests made at the player's own initiative.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the sip69 customer support team. Valid balances will be returned to the player once all reviews are completed, subject to no outstanding issues.

Players whose accounts have been terminated due to violations are not entitled to reclaim any funds forfeited as a result of fraudulent activity or breach of terms.

Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, sip69 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from:

• Technical failures, service disruptions, or system breakdowns beyond the reasonable control of sip69.
